How to Create a Bug Report

If you want to report a bug for HavenCraft, you’ve come to the right place!

Put any new bug reports into this, we will respond and move the report once we are working on it.

Please:

  • Create a separate forum post for each bug.
  • Try to not create new posts for bugs that have already been reported.
  • Describe what you were doing when the bug occurred.
  • Can you reproduce the bug? Can you cause it to happen again? If so, great!
    Once we know how to trigger the bug, we can fix it much easier!
  • It would be great if you could upload your save file and any logs, it helps a ton with finding the issue.

Where to Find Your Save File

In the load panel, there is a simple button you can press to find the save file quickly.

If for some reason that doesn’t work, on Windows you can paste this into your Windows Explorer’s address bar:

%AppData%\..\LocalLow\Dionic Software\HavenCraft

That should lead you to the saves.

Where to Find The Logs

The logs are right next to the saves. You can either find them directly on the path given above, or you can go to the parent folder of the saves and find them there:
