Just wondering, if a colonist has the wish to “Discover Writing” does that mean THEY have to discover it or if the colony scholar discovers it then they get their wish fulfilled anyway?
It mean the colony want to unlock writting no matter who discover it the colonist asking for it will have expectation fulfilled when unlocked.
