Not sure if this is intended or a bug, but one of my colonists just developed a wish to reach the buddy level of relationship with another colonist. But they are already friends… So, to fulfill a wish I need to deal with the severe mood debuffs of sabotaging their relationship? This I find… odd, to say the least.
They probably have a natural negative tenency and keep getting annoyed by each other.
You can decide if you want to grant the wish or decline it and take the mood debuff for that.
