Vsync changes speed and Building selection error

  1. Notice that when the Vsync is off or at slow, the speed of the game changes.
    Example of a factory production speed of 20 seconds
    Vsync On = 20s
    Vsync Off = 14s
    Vsync Slow = 33s

  2. When selecting a building on the side that is next to the road, the road is selected first.
    Then select the building again, the building is selected.
    I think maybe because of the access road to the building.
