Problems with upgrading the basic habitat. I might be stupid but I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t, all of the habitats are in the same district and this one is close to oxygen, water and food
I think that all requirements need to be in excess of 50% of total, at the same time, for the habitat to begin the upgrade process. Not done extensive testing so could be incorrect.
