Upgrade house doesn't count my chair, but my bed

Description of the Issue

To upgrade my house to level 3, I need 24 chairs. I have 20, but the game only counts 7 (like the number of beds).

I tried adding a bed to figure it out: the game shows me 8 chairs by default, so I think it counted the added bed as a basic chair.

This is not a bug, but we have to make the user interface clearer:

What you need is higher quality, more comfortable chairs. Only the top 7 chairs count, so you need better chairs with a higher comfort rating. See “high quality furniture” in the tech tree.
