This is not a complaint, just a funny observation 
How wasteful of your citizens! Maybe it’s their way of leering at you for playing on easy difficulty 
because this wouldn’t have happened on hard
I mean in the alpha it would just consume resources forever. So wasting 1 or 2 is totally fine
