All of my spaceports are only detecting the first city area I built, when I finished building an entire separate section with habitats the spaceports did not detect the the newly build area of habitats. I tried deleting the one it detected, all of of the space ports just dropped their habitat level to 1 while the required level dropped to when then started to rise without the average increasing(there are already upgraded building in the new habitat area, it is also around 4 times the size of the one being detected by spaceports)
