There is certainly something that’s blocking his navigation in this room, but I’m not sure what it might be… I’ll have a look at the save.
Same here for my baker… I tried to unblock her path, rebuild the mill… nothing seems to work.
Okay, I unassigned and reassigned her and then I demolished the wall next to the “door” - and she went in and is now working! I don’t know if the reassigning was necessary, but I think I already tried to demolish the wall earlier without any effect.
Edit: I demolished the wall in my sewer’s workshop and she went back to work, too. So they seem to need double wide doors now…

I’ll also look into your world when I get to it.
They should only need 1 meter wide doors, maybe the issue is with a nearby pillar / wood frame, that has sometimes messed with the villager navigation in the past.

I got so into Alpha 4 development, that I forgot to check the saves.
The good news is that both issues are fixed in Alpha 4, release on Tuesday.
In @Capuche’s case, the carpet was blocking navigation when it shouldn’t and in @Catnap’s case, there was a hidden horizontal pillar below the entrance blocking the navigation. I fixed both.
