I created a research district in preparation for yellow and red sciences. However, although I have plenty of output of all 3 science pack types, my research no longer progresses. I had done some previous research for recycling plants before creating the district, but it is stuck at 40% progress. I notice that the research labs already store the maximum number of yellow science packs, but none of the packs are being used to research new tech. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong.
