The research menu has horizontal scrolling only but definitely needs vertical scrolling as well. I’m on 1080p and with UI scale at the maximum (125%?), the bottom-most research doesn’t fit onto the screen anymore. Also, that will give modders more space to add new tech and rearrange existing ones if they can make arbitrary use of vertical space as well.
