Orphan power poles still cause random buildings to lose power in their vicinity even though they are covered by other (powered) ones. This is not a new bug, I’ve found a few auto-closed topics about the same issue. I simply learnt to deal with it and start looking for disconnected poles or substations when I see a random building without power (most often these would be a habitation modules in the middle of a packed city) but it would be great to fix this before 1.0 because new players will have no idea and the game / UX gives no hints about the possible fix.
