MotorFactory and the SteelMill

The SteelMill does not deliver steel to the MotorFactory.
It does however deliver to the Storehouse.
Placed a new MotorFactory and still does not receive steel.

Version 5.8.33

Thanks for the report, I think I know what’s responsible for this behavior!

Edit: just released a fix.
