Is it on purpose that there are no translations for the loading texts on the way into a game?
TrainColor (Line 2423 in uiIngame.json) is not translated ingame

Yes, at the moment they are more for us devs to see what is going on, these phrases may change during Early Access.
For the player, the most important thing is that they know something is happening and the game is loading.
