Just a quick Suggestion

The game is great, already 60 hours in and still going.

The suggestion is a way to flatter an area before building large areas ready for a city or industry area. Not at the beginning of the game but when you start a new city Level 4/5 lets say.

I also find myself in need of foundations in some areas where I like to build structures. Would be nice to avoid these leaning towers of Piza in my communities with a special view.
