Hi, I just started my game, but I want to play on my laptop as well as my main gaming PC. I can save the save file(s) in my own share folder, or OneDrive/DropBox. I didn’t seen an option to set a save file location, or I would have tried that myself. Is there a way built in or a mod to allow for that?

That’s an interesting problem. So currently, the game does not support a custom save file location.
You could try building your own solution by using a program like SyncBack Free to automatically mirror the saves from the save location into your dropbox folder.
I think HavenCraft should be pretty safe from a data-loss perspective since it creates tons of separate saves and cleans up the old ones (instead of overwriting the same file all the time, which would be easier to mess up with sync tools).
Once the game’s out on Steam, there’ll be Steam cloud saves ofc.
Thank you Daniel, I may take a look at that. I found a workaround for now to use Sunshine and Moonlight to play the game from my main PC through the laptop, thin-client style. My laptop is not great anyway, it is like 6 years old, so better that way, I think.
