Honey does not spawn on some maps in Alpha 3

Where can I find honey?

In the first map I created, there wasn’t any either, I searched the whole island. Probably a bug?

you are totally right, seems like this world does not have any honey at all.

If you want to continue with this world anyways, you can use dev mode with F3 and spawn “beeHives”, you can get honey from those.

Cool, thank you! I’ll try that. There are some beehives on the other side of the map, but too far away to use them as main source.

This is now fixed for Alpha 3.0.11.

This only affects world generation. Existing worlds from before will still be missing the honey and I still recommend using the F3 mode to cheat some bee hives if you have an old world and want to continue with that.
