Just a question about the “home” plot/spot.
What is the use, since I can’t seem to be able to assign workers to the plot, as I thought it would be.
Like they build they own homes.
Just for planning?

Hey, the home plot is for advanced homes, they require a bed, tables, etc.
You still assign workers to the beds, but if they’re in a finished home plots, workers are happier. See the points overview in the dashboard.
Do NPCs actually use the houses at all, or are they just there for decoration and stats?
Currently, you can’t see the villagers use their homes.
A bunch of players have wishes for more liveliness in terms of home and free time; we’ll see
You realize you’re competing for players with “Medieval Dynasty,” “Going Medieval,” and “Stranded: Alien Dawn.” Therefore, expanded NPC lives and interactions should add a lot to the game.
Of course!
It fits a lot with the genre.
(There are also other areas to compete with though, I don’t think there is any third person town-building with a sandbox building system, is there? Like, where you can run around in third person and build a large castle with people living and working inside, for example. Except Colony Survival? Just checking in case someone knows something I don’t)
I would add “Palworld” here, although it was created more to annoy the Pokemon community, many mechanics are similar to yours :), True, pals are not villagers, but that’s what moods are for.
Oh yes, the Guild reminded me after the last update “Conan” fits here very well. But in order not to limit ourselves to just comparing it with other works (which only causes unnecessary frustration), it must be admitted that there is also a big problem with NPC intelligence, after all, these titles were created when there were no GPT chats or advanced AI, and these tools can really help create something unique.
