Feature Request Maintence/upkeep for Industry and Power Buildings

I had a little idea about a Building that sends Service Trucks or Helicopters to Industry Buildings (and Power Facilitys) in a rare Intervall who can drive short ways offroad to Buildings without Street connections like Solar Power Facilitys.
