Please be mindful of your language in titles.
Have you tried
- checking the export menu arrow next to the copper icon? Double check the visualization to see if the building is accessible
- checking the factory to see how many copper deliveries are incoming? If the deliveries are on the way already, it won’t send any more.

yea figured it out, problem was with trains output being full, instead of the game trying to get the resources from the closest location, it was pulling from somewhere else.
