City level appears to mean nothing according to a few posts yet my city levels up with nothing to show for it.
Please clarify City leveling up, is it in or out? if it is out please remove it all together.
City Levels are a thing of the past. Back in the alpha days, the research tree was tied to city levels.
This was changed, but the City Level Messages are still in the game.
Please remove the city level up messages that pop up, as they are no longer needed.
In the meantime, I made a mod that suppresses them. But if you are still playing for achievements then I you may not want to use such a small mod.
I find it amusing that you are congratulated on new city levels on the way up and down… “Your city is collapsing, congratulations!”
