So there are a few other type reports on this - the drill is stuck at 34 out of 35 gas - but because the trucks will only deliver with 2 packages the drill is never running because it will not deliver 1 more gas

The issue is around truck cap vs. building requirement - since trucks wont deliver unless requesting a full load and building have such small hold limits on them this hangup happens.
