When consuming at least one berry for the speed buff, sprinting and pressing the jump button rapidly against an incline can get you crazy fast and make you fly all over the map.
I personally would label this rather a feature than a bug 
but it’s probably (maybe? ) unintended.
If you angle it right, you can either jump super high and fly all over the island (and a good bit of the sea), but you can also “surf” if you jump not towards the incline, but angled sideways to it. This kind of trivializes traversal, although it can be hard to control, and you need a steep enough incline. It also works if you jump against rocks or similar, although to a lesser extent.
