- Parks and stadiums produce two-way traffic from/to homes but only outgoing traffic is required.
- Traffic from homes to parks/stadiums is not required and can be prevented using outgoing one-way roads.
- Schools do not produce any traffic.
Not sure what was intended/designed in this area, but it should be implemented consistently.
