Description of the Issue
When in the settings menu, and you hit the Apply button, there is no confirmation. Most games either use it as a ‘save and exit’, or theres some sort of popup letting the user know there has been a change.
P.S. not playing with sound, so idk if there is a sound indicator maybe or not? but visual mark would still be ideal. 
P.P.S. also a return to game or continue button on the menu would be nice.
